The Ketogenic Diet, combined with Intermittent Fasting is the optimal path to long term weight loss. I have kept my weight off effortlessly for almost 5 years, without going to the gym or doing massive amounts of cardio.
Junk food will take your health, and trying to eat less calories, do eat less move more, or outrun a bad diet, will result in low metabolism, increased hunger, binges etc. You cannot outfast a bad diet.
