The Three Day Wilderness Fast
An almost 14 mile, 3 day excursion into the Adirondacks with very little food. I share my hike, how I feel in spite of only consuming 400 calories over the 3 day period. This adventure fast into Pine Pond along with hiking and survival is a great reset button for things that may be stressing you out. Nature has a way of making you forget your problems, and putting things into perspective. That is what I hope to gain from this experience, and I will do more wilderness fasts as needed in the future. I also see how well I perform physically since I have been training for this.
