Meat is Officially Good For You.
We have been told for years that meat is bad for us. From Vegans to the Dietary guidelines around the world, for the past 50 years we have been told that meat causes cancer, heart disease and diabetes. That we should limit or reduce meat consumption.
Well it turns out that advice was based on weak, biased science. As corruption overwhelms science and academia, we can no longer trust the advice given to us from published science. Many of us in the Keto and Carnivore community have known for quite a while that red meat is a health food. Most studies that say otherwise involved carbs, sugar and vegetable oils and tested meat in the context of the unhealthy standard american diet.
Vegans have been throwing this "science" around for decades now, and an unbiased, independent study now shows that all the headlines and plant based push might be misguided. Bottom line, Red Meat is healthy and we have eaten it for millions of years. We can't say that about most of the foods in the grocery store. How many years have we been eating impossible burgers and fake meat?
