I have started my zero carb carnivore diet experiment. It will be interesting to see how it affects my weight, energy, pallet, cravings and mood. Will keep fasting to a minimum during this experiment. In a world that is pushing us to go plant based with our food choices, many are finding remarkable results by going the opposite direction.
