5000 Subscribers Today. Also Fat Only Alternate Day Diet Style.
189.4 lbs 35.75 inches 39 hours Fat Fasted
My channel finally hit 5000 subscribers, and I am stoked. The next Milestone is 10000, which is where ad revenue (assuming it's still there) becomes more substantial. Just found out I got a small shout out from Keto Connect and they may be interested in an interview for their podcast I would love to. Would even be willing to do one in person if they wanted, since I think they are not that far from me. Launching my own podcast today (recording it and should have it up tonight hopefully.) It's going to be $2 donation to download. It is a pilot, will make more of them if it's well received. It will be audio only mp3 downloads. Then I will begin developing a podcast page which will occasionally provide free old podcasts etc... A lot of work for my one man band.
The A.D.D. Fat style is yielding some weight gain, however my belly measures below 36 still. Hoping it stabilizes below my starting point for last weeks fat fast, but metabolism is a bitch :-). I did add pork rinds to the 800 calories for the day with french onion dip. May have caused some water retention as neither are healthy. Will try to restrict to the original foods I allowed myself during the fat fast on my fasting days. I am not sure if I will do another fat fast this month, I might transition back to ADF 36 after this Alternate Day Diet with fat protocol test. Next month depending on where I am at I am considering doing a 5 day fat fast transitioning to a 5 day water fast. Will be interesting to see what metabolism does in that period and what weight regains happen after. I theorize that I will regain most of the weight from that, but theoretically I could hit my 175 (which the government says I should way) during the fast. I doubt I would get to keep that weight though as my set point seems to currently be upper 180s. After that experiment will do a one week keto refeed and then a 30 day zero carb challenge to satisfy my growing curiosity about the role of plants in our health. I am intrigued that our micro nutrient requirements change based on how many carbs we take in and the science behind it. Don't think I will stay Carnivore for two reasons. One, it's expensive. 4 lbs of meat a day according to some of them. That would be 24 bucks per day for the cheapest shittiest ground beef. Throw ribeyes in there and where talking almost 40 per day. Also noting they don't fast as much so would be interesting to see how fasting can be integrated with a zero carb diet. If it's anything like fat fasting, I imagine weight loss to be substantial. I am sure that month will trigger all kinds of Vegans... All kinds....
I finally finished one of my photo shoots, two to go then I will be free to edit the video from saint lucia and focus fully on Youtube and my other part time income streams. You all have really stepped up to make this my full time gig, I will continue to put in the work necessary to grown this. Unpaid work can plant the seed of growth which his how this channel got to 5000 subs today organically without paid advertising. I know I could market more, but I like the slow steady organic growth of my channel as it gives me time to adjust and build communication between myself and subscribers (which could be a full time job on it's own).
