Keto and Weight Stability
188.1 lbs 35 inches Intuitive Keto Eating Week
Further evidence that despite some excessive fasting over the past month, my Metabolism is just fine. I have not had significant increase in inches or weight since starting to eat every day. The weight creep has not returned as I know from past experiences that I would have seen a jump in the scale and tape measure right now. In spite of fat fasting and Alternate day fat fasting I am in tip top condition. This makes me happy, and sad at the same time because I know I will drop my metabolism when I do the 10 day fast.
I definitely want to do the 10 day though and see what it does, what the weight rebound is. I will follow it with 2 weeks of intuitive Keto eating. I find I am spontaneously doing 16- 18 hour daily fasts when I eat only when a little bit of hunger creeps in. So far my eat days consist of two small meals, one larger meal and a snack, all Keto. I have been a bit more physically active, which I think accounts for the increased hunger. Metabolism has does rise above set point, as despite being 60 degrees in my car this morning, I was almost sweaty hot (a few uber passengers commented it was a little chilly in the car).
So you may have concerns that I am doing a 10 day fast soon, well it just so happens I am addressing that in the video that will be posted tonight (it is STILL uploading) which is a review of "The Science Of Fasting". I am posting a full video review of it, but if you can't wait for that you can watch it now and see what I thought after because honestly you can't go wrong watching this documentary which is by far the best one I have seen so far on Fasting, particularly Long Water Fasts. I wanted to promote it, so that we get more documentaries like it and to support fasting in the mainstream. Remember if we vote with our money, we can change the way the food, pharma, and medical industries work from the ground up. If the medical community really wanted to make money on fasting, they could offer medically supervised fasts and charge for the testing and monitoring. That way they still make some money and we still get cured. Some people may only be able to pull off a long fast when supervised or in a different environment from their daily environment.
I will be endorsing other products in the coming days as yet another way to help keep the channel going. Tomorrow I will get the third podcast up, as I finished my podcast upgrade to make that workflow a bit better.
